When I was eighteen, I started working in hospitality to help support my family. Working in service opened up opportunities I never expected.

My career led me to hotels, British cruise ships, and private homes. I learned to pay attention to detail and understand what mattered to each person. This work helped me grow in confidence, judgement, and purpose. I realised the value I could offer.

Over time, my employers became supporters who encouraged me.

I started The London Butler Academy® to share what I had learned. My goal is to help people, businesses, and organisations grow and build a fulfilling life through service.
