A graduate’s story
He wanted to see the world. He learned to help people feel seen.
Gautham worked for an airline in Hyderabad. He loved serving people and wanted to become a butler, but expensive schools were beyond his means.
He began his formation with Prem in May 2024. By September, he had secured a role at a five-star hotel, where his perceptiveness and commitment earned management’s appreciation. Guests valued how he made them feel seen and understood.
In August 2026, he was selected for a butler role with a premium cruise company—bringing his wish to serve and see the world together.
